How We Work Together

Priced on value,
not hours.

I don't sell hours or tools. I sell outcomes. Every engagement is built around a number that matters to your business, and a clear path from where you are to that number moving. Here's how it goes.

Step 01 / Workshop

AI Strategy Workshop.

We get on the same page about where AI actually fits your business — and where it doesn't.

A focused working session with you and your team. We cut through the noise, look at how your work gets done today, and identify the workflows where AI has a real line to your bottom line.

You leave with: a clear-eyed view of the current AI landscape for your industry, a prioritized shortlist of opportunities, and an honest read on which ones are worth pursuing.

Best for: leaders being asked "what's our AI strategy?" who want a real answer instead of more hype. This is the lowest-risk way to start.

Step 02 / Blueprint

The AI Blueprint.

A deep discovery into how your business really runs, turned into a system design with a projected ROI.

This is the serious consulting piece. I map how work actually gets done, where the bottlenecks and costs are, and what it would look like to rebuild that operation around AI from first principles.

You leave with: a documented system architecture, the specific KPI each piece is designed to move, and a projected return. A plan concrete enough to build from — with me, your own team, or anyone.

Why it matters: most failed AI projects skip this step and build the wrong thing. The blueprint makes sure what we build has a through-line to your P&L before a line of code is written.

Start a blueprint
Step 03 / Build

Build & deploy.

I build the system, deploy it to production, and we measure it against the number we agreed on.

Built module by module with success criteria defined up front — not "the demo worked," but a real benchmark we test against at the volume your business actually runs.

Common systems: lead qualification and routing, document and invoice processing, support triage, content and outreach engines, internal knowledge agents.

Pricing is scoped to the outcome, not an hourly rate. You're not paying for my time. You're paying for what the system is worth to your business.

Step 04 / Partnership

Ongoing partnership.

AI systems compound. The right partner keeps yours improving, not aging.

Models change every few months. A system built last quarter can often be made faster, cheaper, or more capable today. For the right engagements, I stay on to keep improving the system as the results compound.

Structured around results: for clients with a clear, attributable KPI, we can align the partnership to the outcome itself — so when your numbers improve, it works for both of us.

Best for: businesses where automation is becoming core to how they operate and they want a partner, not a one-off vendor.

05 / FAQ

Common questions.

Why priced on value and not hourly? +
Because building is getting faster every month, hourly rates are racing to the bottom and they punish you for my efficiency. Pricing on the outcome aligns us: you pay for what the system is worth to your business, and I'm rewarded for results, not for dragging out the clock.
How do you decide what to build? +
We start from your numbers, not from a tool. The blueprint step maps how work gets done and finds the workflow with the clearest line to your P&L. If a project can't show a credible return, I'll tell you before you commit. That's the whole point of starting with strategy.
What if I tried AI before and it didn't work? +
Most AI projects fail because they start with the wrong use case or stop at the prototype. I start by understanding your actual operation and finding the small set of opportunities worth building. Then we define success criteria up front and test against them at real volume, not just a demo.
Do you work with non-technical teams? +
Yes. Most clients are founders or operators, not engineers. My job is to translate between business outcomes and the technology. You get plain-English explanations and a system your team can actually live with.
Who's the right fit? +
Businesses past the startup scramble that already have real processes and a number they want to move — a refund rate, a response time, a cost per lead. If you have systems and a KPI, AI has something concrete to improve. If you're pre-process, the workshop is the right place to start.
What does an engagement cost? +
It depends on the outcome. The workshop and blueprint are fixed-scope and the natural entry points; builds and partnerships are scoped to the value of the result. The fastest way to get real numbers is a short call where we size your specific situation.
International clients? +
Yes. Most work is remote, with flexible hours for EU and APAC. Stripe, wire transfer, or crypto.

Let's find the number.

A short call to size your situation. We find the workflow with the clearest return, and I show you what it's worth before you commit.
