I started Berzaf AI Automation because most of what gets sold as "AI" is theater. Flashy demos, second-brain chatbots nobody uses, tools bolted on that never touch the bottom line. Meanwhile the real opportunity is hiding in plain sight: the repetitive work a business already does by hand, rebuilt as a system.
So I teach it in public. The channel passed 1,000 subscribers showing exactly how these systems get built, and two of my skills are live on ClawHub with Benign safety badges.
And I build it privately. I take on a small number of client engagements where there's a clear number to move — a refund rate, a response time, a cost per lead — and I build the system that moves it, measured against that number.
The value was never in the code. It's in knowing which system is worth building, and making sure it actually earns its keep.
